Ingredients:
- 2 cups Diced Tomatoes
- 4 ounces Stuffed Green Olives
- 24 ounces Australian Lamb Leg (Sirloin Chops, Boneless, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat)
- 1 teaspoon No Calorie Sweetener
- 2 2/3 fluid ounces Sauvignon Blanc Wine
- 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Light Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 200°F.
- Season chops with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sauté chops until golden brown and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer to an oven-proof platter and keep warm in oven.
- Drain excess fat from skillet and return to high heat. Pour in wine and cook, scraping up brown bits. Stir in tomatoes, olives and sugar substitute. Reduce heat to medium and cook until sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. Adjust seasonings and spoon sauce over chops.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
