Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons Real Bacon Bits
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 1 medium whole (2-3/5" diameter) Red Tomato
- 1/2 fluid ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 each Chipotle en Adobo, whole
- 6 ounces Tuna in Water (Canned)
- 6 tablespoons Real Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped Chives
Directions:
- Cut the tomato in half and scoop out seeds and pulp. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper (optional).
- Finely dice the chipotle pepper and add it along with the remaining ingredients (be sure to drain the tuna first) to a small bowl. Blend to combine and then fill tomato halves with the tuna mixture and serve.
