Keto Pumpkin Spice Foam Iced Protein Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons canned pumpkin, unsalted USDA
  • 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream USDA
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Swerve confectioners erythritol based sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract USDA
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice blend USDA
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, ground USDA
  • 2 cups municipal tap ice cubes USDA
  • 8 fluid ounces brewed coffee FNDDS
  • 8 fl-oz Atkins Creamy Cinnamon Swirl Shake
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, ground USDA

Directions:

  1. In a medium flat bottom bowl, use a hand mixer to whip the cream to soft peaks. Add pumpkin, sweetener, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon, and mix on low until well combined.
