- 3 tablespoons canned pumpkin, unsalted USDA
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream USDA
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Swerve confectioners erythritol based sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract USDA
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice blend USDA
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, ground USDA
- 2 cups municipal tap ice cubes USDA
- 8 fluid ounces brewed coffee FNDDS
- 8 fl-oz Atkins Creamy Cinnamon Swirl Shake
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, ground USDA
Directions:
