  • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons Pumpkin, canned
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup (sugar-free)
  • 1 each Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut flour, high fiber
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix

Directions:

  1. Preheat waffle maker.
