- 2 tablespoons Pumpkin, canned
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup (sugar-free)
- 1 each Egg
- 1 teaspoon Coconut flour, high fiber
- 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix
Directions:
