Cooking tip: If you’re serving as an appetizer, plate your dip with two or three different low carb snacks!
Ingredients:
- 3 teaspoons Original Stone Ground Mustard
- 4 ounces Corned Beef Brisket (Cured)
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss Cheese
- 1/3 tablespoon Horseradish Sauce
- 1/2 cup Sauerkraut (Solid and Liquids, Canned)
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream (Cultured)
- 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Ketchup
Directions:
- Shred swiss cheese. Drain sauerkraut.
- In a small saucepan blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mustard, horseradish and unsweetened ketchup until combined. Add the corned beef, siwss cheese and sauerkraut. Mix to distribute all ingredients.
- Cook over medium heat until the cheese melts and it is warmed through. Place into a 2-cup capacity small crockpot to stay warm about 10 minutes before serving. Alternatively it may be placed in an oven proof bowl and heated at 350°F for 30 minutes. Serve immediately. Serve with celery stalks or other vegetables.
