Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Tap Water
- 1 dash Salt
- 52 gram(s) Allulose, granulated
- 1/2 tablespoon Butter, salted or unsalted
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Cream, heavy, liquid
Directions:
- Place the allulose in the bottom of a small, heavy bottomed saucepan. Add the water and allow the liquid to soak all the granules. Place over medium low heat (without stirring) until medium bubbles emerge, about 8 minutes. Reduce heat to low and continue to cook without stirring, until a golden color forms, about 20 minutes more.
- Remove from heat and add cream and butter, stirring in carefully as it will bubble up. Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes. Each serving is 1 ½ tablespoons caramel sauce.
