Keto Baked Tamari-Lemon Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon Canola Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds Pork Chops or Roasts (Center Loin, Bone-In)
  • 8 tablespoons Tamari Soybean Sauce
  • 1 fluid ounce Fresh Lemon Juice

Directions:

If you want to serve a dipping sauce with the chops, rather than boiling the marinade, make a fresh batch.
  1. In a shallow dish, combine tamari, Worcestershire sauce, garlic (minced), lemon juice, pepper and oil. Add pork chops and turn to coat evenly.
  2. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove chops from marinade and pat dry.
  4. Place in a roasting pan and bake for 35 - 40 minutes.
