Keto Jamaican Jerked Beef Steaks

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon Allspice Ground
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar (Cider)
  • 1 tablespoon Canola Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger (Ground)
  • 1/2 teaspoon leaf Oregano
  • 1 pepper Serrano Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions or Spring Onions
  • 32 ounces boneless, cooked Steak

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, combine chopped serrano or jalapeno pepper, chopped green onions, paprika, salt, ginger, allspice, ground cinnamon, oregano, vinegar and oil. Process until a paste forms, scraping down sides as needed.
  2. Rub steaks on both sides with mixture; refrigerate 1 hour.
  3. Grill or broil steaks 5 minutes per side for medium doneness.
