Ingredients:
- 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
- 1 cup Cauliflower
- 1/8 teaspoon leaf Tarragon
- 2 cups Red Cabbage, raw, shredded
- 10 Cherry Tomatoes
- 6 large Boiled Eggs
- 1/8 dash Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup Tap Water
- 9 cups Boston or Bibb Lettuce, raw, chopped
- 1/2 cup slice Cucumber (with Peel)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup chopped Zucchini
- 6 ounces Blue or Roquefort Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups Button Mushroom, raw, sliced
- 2/3 cup Real Mayonnaise
Directions:
Top this salad with cooked sliced chicken to complete your meal.
- Make salad: in a large bowl, toss together lettuce, cabbage, chopped celery, sliced cauliflower, sliced mushrooms, chopped cucumber, chopped zucchini, quartered tomatoes and diced eggs.
- Make dressing: in a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, heavy cream, water, rosemary, tarragon, salt and pepper. Whisk until well blended, then stir in cheese.
- Just before serving, pour dressing over salad, and toss well.
