  • 9 cup Boston or Bibb Lettuce, raw, chopped
  • 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) CELERY Ahold Usa, Inc.

  • 0 1/4 tsp SALT Morton Salt, Inc.
  • 10 each CHERRY TOMATOES Hingenuity, Inc.
  • 0 1/4 cup Tap Water
  • 0 2/3 cup REAL MAYONNAISE Unilever Bestfoods North America
  • 0 1/2 cup slices Cucumber (with Peel)
  • 6 oz Blue or Roquefort Cheese
  • 0 1/4 cup HEAVY CREAM Whole Foods Market, Inc.
  • 2 cup Red Cabbage, raw, shredded
  • 0 1/2 cup, chopped Zucchini
  • 1 1/2 cup Button Mushroom, raw, sliced
  • 0 1/8 dash BLACK PEPPER Finlay Extracts & Ingredients USA, Inc.
  • 0 1/8 tsp, leaves Tarragon
  • 1 cup Cauliflower Tops Markets, LLC

DIRECTIONS

Top this salad with cooked sliced chicken to complete your meal.
 
  1. Make salad: in a large bowl, toss together lettuce, cabbage, chopped celery, sliced cauliflower, sliced mushrooms, chopped cucumber, chopped zucchini, quartered tomatoes and diced eggs.
  2. Make dressing: in a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, heavy cream, water, rosemary, tarragon, salt and pepper. Whisk until well blended, then stir in cheese.
  3. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad, and toss well.
