Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons leaves Oregano
- 32 ounces boneless, cooked Veal
- 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 fluid ounces Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions:
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano and pepper; add veal chops and toss to coat. Let sit 20 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Prepare outdoor grill according to manufacturers directions for medium heat or heat broiler. Grill or broil chops 12 to 15 minutes for medium doneness, turning once halfway through cooking time.
