Keto Grilled Lemon-Herb Veal Chops

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons leaves Oregano
  • 32 ounces boneless, cooked Veal
  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano and pepper; add veal chops and toss to coat. Let sit 20 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Prepare outdoor grill according to manufacturers directions for medium heat or heat broiler. Grill or broil chops 12 to 15 minutes for medium doneness, turning once halfway through cooking time.
