How to Calculate Atkins Net Carbs
Atkins Net Carbs = Total Carbohydrates – Fiber – Sugar Alcohols/Glycerin (if applicable)
×INGREDIENTS
-
2 Keto Lemon Vinaigrette
-
1 1/4 lb Leeks
-
2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-
1 tsp Rosemary
DIRECTIONS
Use the Atkins recipe to make Lemon Vinaigrette; you will need 4 tablespoons.
- Prepare a hot grill. Brush the leeks with the oil and sprinkle with rosemary and salt and pepper to taste. Grill directly on the rack or place in a grill basket and cook, turning occasionally until the leeks are very tender--10 to 15 minutes, depending on their thickness.
- Transfer to a serving platter and drizzle with 1/4 cup Lemon Vinaigrette or to taste.
