Grilled Asparagus with Lemon Recipe

1 tablespoon EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
0 1/4 tsp SALT
0 1/4 tsp BLACK PEPPER
1 tsp Lemon Zest
1 tsp Unsalted Butter Stick
1 1/2 lb ASPARAGUS
0 1/2 fl oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- Heat grill to medium-high.
- Toss asparagus with oil, salt and pepper. Place asparagus crosswise on the grill and cook until charred and starting to soften, about 4 minutes. Turn with tongs, and cook another 4 minutes.
- Remove from grill and gently toss with melted butter in a large bowl. Add lemon juice and zest and continue tossing until coated.
- Serve hot.
