Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Ginger
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth, Bouillon or Consomme
- 2 tablespoons Tamari Soybean Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Canola Vegetable Oil
- 1 tablespoon Sodium and Sugar Free Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 cup, slivered Almonds
- 1 teaspoon Garlic
- 4 cup flowerets Broccoli Flower Clusters
- 1/2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
Directions:
- In a large heavy skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add almonds and cook until browned, about 1-2 minutes. Add minced ginger and garlic and cook until aromatic, another 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli to skillet and sauté until browned in spots, about 3 minutes. Stir in chicken broth, soy sauce and vinegar. Bring to a boil, and cook until liquid has almost evaporated and broccoli is crisp-tender, about 5 more minutes. Drizzle in sesame oil and serve.
