Fresh Fruit Kebabs with Almond Crème

Ingredients:

  • 4 1/2 teaspoons Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pure Almond Extract
  • 2 each Kiwi Fruit
  • 1/2 cup Blackberries
  • 8 large (1-3/8" diameter) Strawberries
  • 1 medium (3-5/8" long) Carambola (Starfruit)
  • 1 2/3 10 raspberries Red Raspberries
  • 3/4 cup Greek Yogurt, plain, unsweetened, whole milk
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream

Directions:

  1. On each skewer, thread 1 kiwi slice, 2 raspberries, 2 blackberries, 2 strawberry halves and 1 starfruit slice.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk yogurt, heavy cream, sugar substitute and almond extract. Pour into serving dish.
  3. Serve kabobs with dipping sauce. Enjoy!
