2 cup Swiss chard
2 large Egg (Whole)
1 tsp EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL Salov North America Corp.
- In a small skillet or sauté pan with 1 teaspoon of oil over medium heat, sauté Swiss chard just until decreased in volume and tender, 2-3 minutes.
- Add eggs to skillet with chard. Using a spatula, mix to combine and scramble until eggs are set.
- Top with cheese (or add it with the eggs and cook together) and serve immediately.
