Keto Eggs Scrambled with Cheddar and Swiss Chard

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Swiss Chard
  • 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 large Eggs (Whole)
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

  1. In a small skillet or sauté pan with 1 teaspoon of oil over medium heat, sauté Swiss chard just until decreased in volume and tender, 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add eggs to skillet with chard. Using a spatula, mix to combine and scramble until eggs are set.
  3. Top with cheese (or add it with the eggs and cook together) and serve immediately.
