Creamy Red Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream (Cultured)
  • 1 pound Cabbage
  • 1/3 cup Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 1 tbsp, ground Tarragon

Directions:

This slaw can be made a day ahead.
  1. Slice the cabbage and dice the onion then combine in a large bowl.
  2. In small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, tarragon and vinegar. Add sugar substitute and salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Add dressing to cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour for flavors to blend. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
