INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Real Mayonnaise
  • 5 1/3 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Xylitol
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Parsley

DIRECTIONS

If you don't have Italian seasoning on hand, use a combination of basil, oregano and parsley instead. Xylitol crystals are available in natural foods stores and the baking department of most well-stocked supermarkets.  Each serving is 2 Tbsp.

  1. Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar and 2 tablespoons xylitol in a medium bowl. Stir in Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, pepper flakes, salt, pepper and parsley until well blended. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Stir before using.
