Keto Creamy Italian Dressing Recipe

0 1/2 cup mayonnaise, real
5 1/3 Tbsp Italian Kitchen white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp xylitol
0 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tsp italian seasoning blend
0 1/2 tsp fresh garlic
0 1/4 tsp red chili peppers, crushed flakes
0 1/4 tsp table salt
0 1/4 Tbsp black pepper, ground
If you don't have Italian seasoning on hand, use a combination of basil, oregano and parsley instead. Xylitol crystals are available in natural foods stores and the baking department of most well-stocked supermarkets. Each serving is 2 Tbsp.
- Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar and 2 tablespoons xylitol in a medium bowl. Stir in Parmesan, parsley, Italian seasoning, minced or pressed garlic, pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until well blended. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Stir before using.
This recipe could also be used as a dipping sauce!
