INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 16 oz Canned Crab
  • 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
  • 1 fruit without skin and seeds California Avocados
  • 3 cup, chopped Watercress

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, lime juice, cumin and paprika.
  2. Add crab meat and diced celery. Mix well; add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  3. Cube the avocado and gently stir it into the mixture.   Alternatively, this salad looks great served in the well of avocado halves instead of cubing the avocado simply remove the seed and the skin.
  4. Divide watercress on four plates; top with salad.

Cooking Tip

Feel free to swap in your favorite lettuce for this recipe, as net carb change will likely be minimal.
