Classic Coleslaw
Cooking tip: For more tender slaw, put the salt on the cabbage directly instead and let sit for 20 minutes before dressing.

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 teaspoon Celery Seed
  • 1 1/2 pounds Cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar (Cider)
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream (Cultured)
  • 3 teaspoons Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Directions:

  1. Cut cabbage halves in half and thinly slice. Transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Coarsely grate carrots into cabbage and mix well.In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, cider vinegar, sugar substitute, celery seeds and salt. Pour dressing over vegetables. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving for flavors to blend.
