Cooking tip: For more tender slaw, put the salt on the cabbage directly instead and let sit for 20 minutes before dressing.
Ingredients:
- 2 medium Carrots
- 1 teaspoon Celery Seed
- 1 1/2 pounds Cabbage
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar (Cider)
- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream (Cultured)
- 3 teaspoons Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Directions:
- Cut cabbage halves in half and thinly slice. Transfer to a large bowl.
- Coarsely grate carrots into cabbage and mix well.In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, cider vinegar, sugar substitute, celery seeds and salt. Pour dressing over vegetables. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving for flavors to blend.
