Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Lily's Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
- 1 dash Salt
- 1/2 cup Lily's Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
- 3 drops Liquid Stevia Drops
- 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter, natural creamy
Directions:
- In a microwave safe bowl heat the dark chocolate chips for 30 seconds, until melted. Stir the chocolate and if not completely melted, microwave in 10 second intervals stopping to stir between each one, until fully melted.
- On a parchment lined cookie sheet smooth the melted dark chocolate into a uniform thin layer (1/8-inch thick).
- Wipe out the microwave safe bowl, and heat the milk chocolate chips in the microwave for 30 seconds, or until melted. Mix the peanut butter, stevia drops, and salt into the melted milk chocolate chips until combined.
- Drizzle the peanut butter mixture over the dark chocolate and use a skewer to swirl the layers. Place in the refrigerator until firm, about 1 hour. Break into pieces and enjoy.
