Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 4 ounces Almond Butter
- 6 teaspoons Erythritol
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 large Egg (Whole)
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder (Straight Phosphate, Double Acting)
- 1/2 14 ounces can Coconut Cream
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 6-well donut pan with non-stick spray.
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, pulse a few times, scraping the container between pulses.
- Pour into donut pan and bake for 13 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes then turn out on a wire rack to cool completely.
