Keto Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup, crumbled Blue or Roquefort Cheese
  • 2 ounces Jarlsberg Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika

Directions:

  1. Heat cream in a large sauce pot over low heat.
  2. Add blue cheese, stir until melted. Then, stir in Jarlsburg until melted. Add Parmesan and paprika and continue cooking and stirring until sauce is smooth and hot.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
