Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup, crumbled Blue or Roquefort Cheese
- 2 ounces Jarlsberg Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
Directions:
- Heat cream in a large sauce pot over low heat.
- Add blue cheese, stir until melted. Then, stir in Jarlsburg until melted. Add Parmesan and paprika and continue cooking and stirring until sauce is smooth and hot.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
