Cauliflower-Cheddar Mash

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

  1. Steam cauliflower in a steamer basket over boiling water in a medium covered sauce pot until tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove to a bowl and mash with a fork. Top with Cheddar cheese and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
