Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces Ginger
- 3 medium Carrots
- 4 tablespoons Sodium and Sugar Free Rice Vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped Onions
- 1 tablespoon Tamari Soybean Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
- 1/4 cup Tap Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Canola Vegetable Oil
- 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
Directions:
This colorful dressing adds exotic flavor to iceberg lettuce, steamed string beans, or chicken, salmon or shirataki noodle salads. Each serving is 3 Tbsp.
- Purée carrots, ginger, white onion, vinegar, water, tamari, sesame oil, salt and sugar substitute in a blender. With motor running, add canola oil in a slow, steady steam until dressing thickens.
- Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for no longer than 1 day.
