Ingredients:
- 1 medium Honey Crisp Apple
- 3 tablespoons Peanut Butter, natural creamy
- 1 tablespoon Sugar-Free Flavored Syrup - Caramel
- 2 tablespoons Lily's Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Directions:
- Ingredient note: You will also need 5 popsicle sticks for this recipe.Slice apple into 5, ½-inch thick slices. Using the tip of the knife, make a horizontal slit in each slice, and insert the popsicle stick. Place on a parchment covered baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter and caramel sauce with a fork until well combined. Smooth one heaping teaspoon of the peanut butter onto each apple slice.
- In a small microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips by microwaving for 20 seconds, and then in 10 second intervals, stirring between each one. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the peanut butter. Place into the refrigerator to allow chocolate to harden, about 10 minutes.
