Keto Beef Burger with Feta and Tomato Recipe

1 lb Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat)
1 large Scallions or Spring Onions
0 1/2 cup Baby Spinach
0 1/4 cup, chopped or sliced Red Tomatoes
0 1/4 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
0 1/2 tsp Dill weed, dried
0 1/2 tsp Salt
0 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- Combine ground beef, scallion, spinach, tomato, feta, 1.5 tsp fresh dill ( or 1/2 tsp dried), salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
- Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat for 6 minutes per side for medium doneness.
Melting cheese inside this naturally keto and low carb burger gives a different texture than melting on top like a traditional cheeseburger.
