Cooking tip: This simple recipe is pretty straightforward. The only tip is to try to keep the gummy bears from clumping together at the bottom of the popsicle mold. It can be difficult to unmold these treats if the gummy bears get stuck together at the bottom of the mold.
Ingredients:
- 2 packs Atkins Endulge Sour Gummy Bears
- 4 fluid ounces champagne white wine, table FNDDS
- 4 fluid ounces Sprite Zero lemon lime soda Sprite
Directions:
Equipment note: This recipe makes use of 4, 3-fluid ounce ice pop molds and popsicle sticks.
- Slowly pour 1 fluid ounce soda and 1 fluid ounce dry champagne or prosecco into each ice pop mold, allowing the fizz to subside between. Evenly divide gummy bears between the ice pops, keeping them to one side of the mold as much as possible. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 24 hours. One ice pop as described is one serving.
