1 scoop Soy Protein Powder
0 1/2 cup Red Raspberries
20 each Almonds
Combine almond milk, raspberries, almonds and 1 scoop (or the equivalent amount of 25g protein; usually 1 oz or 2 Tbsp) protein powder in a blender; plus until smooth. If desired, add 2 ice cubes while blending.
