DIRECTIONS
- Combine the salt, granular sugar substitutes (1 Tbsp regular sucralose and 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar sucralose), cumin, chili powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika in a small bowl and mix well.
- Preheat a grill.
- Rub the spice mixture onto the chicken drumsticks until thoroughly coated. Grill over medium heat until cooked through, turning 3-4 times for about 20 minutes or until skin is crispy and chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with Blue Cheese Dip if desired.
