INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp RED WINE VINEGAR
  • 1 cup Sour Cream (Cultured)
  • 1 1/2 tsp THYME
  • 0 2/3 cup REAL MAYONNAISE
  • 4 oz Blue or Roquefort Cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Whisk together the vinegar, thyme, sour cream and mayonnaise.
  2. Add the blue cheese and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Serve immediately with assorted fresh vegetables. Can be made 2 days ahead, cover and keep refrigerated.
