Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon Red or Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 32 oz, with bone, raw (yield after cooking, bone removed) Chicken Drumstick
- 1 tablespoon Cumin
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp smokeds Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
Directions:
- Combine the salt, granular sugar substitutes (1 Tbsp regular sucralose and 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar sucralose), cumin, chili powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika in a small bowl and mix well.
- Preheat a grill.
- Rub the spice mixture onto the chicken drumsticks until thoroughly coated. Grill over medium heat until cooked through, turning 3-4 times for about 20 minutes or until skin is crispy and chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with Blue Cheese Dip if desired.
