How to Calculate Atkins Net Carbs

DIRECTIONS
This recipe is acceptable for all phases of Atkins except for the first 2 weeks of Induction due to the pecans.- In a food processor, pulse parsley until chopped.
- Add turkey breast, cheddar and pecan halves. Process until ingredients are finely chopped.
- Add sour cream and mustard; pulse just to combine.
- Refrigerate for as long as possible, preferably 2 hours, for flavors to blend.
