Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Sour Cream (Cultured)
- 1/4 cup Parsley
- 8 oz, boneless, cooked (yield after skin removed) Turkey Cutlet
- 1/2 cup, half Pecans
- 1/3 pound Cheddar Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
Directions:
This recipe is acceptable for all phases of Atkins except for the first 2 weeks of Induction due to the pecans.
- In a food processor, pulse parsley until chopped.
- Add turkey breast, cheddar and pecan halves. Process until ingredients are finely chopped.
- Add sour cream and mustard; pulse just to combine.
- Refrigerate for as long as possible, preferably 2 hours, for flavors to blend.
