Keto Smoked Turkey and Cheddar Spread

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Sour Cream (Cultured)
  • 1/4 cup Parsley
  • 8 oz, boneless, cooked (yield after skin removed) Turkey Cutlet
  • 1/2 cup, half Pecans
  • 1/3 pound Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard

Directions:

This recipe is acceptable for all phases of Atkins except for the first 2 weeks of Induction due to the pecans. 
  1. In a food processor, pulse parsley until chopped.
  2. Add turkey breast, cheddar and pecan halves. Process until ingredients are finely chopped.
  3. Add sour cream and mustard; pulse just to combine.
  4. Refrigerate for as long as possible, preferably 2 hours, for flavors to blend.
