Keto Scrambled Eggs with Turkey Sausage Topped with Smoked Gouda Recipe

2 large EGG
2 oz TURKEY SAUSAGE
1 tbsp HEAVY CREAM
1 oz SMOKED GOUDA
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat with a small amount of oil. Whisk the eggs with the heavy cream and set aside.
- Cook the turkey sausage in the skillet breaking it up into bite sized pieces with a spatula until it is cooked through, about 5 minutes. Pour the egg mixture over the top and continue to cook while stirring with the spatula until the eggs are set.
- Place the egg and sausage on a serving plate, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and then sprinkle the Gouda over the top allowing it to melt. Enjoy immediately.
