4 cup Heavy Cream
8 tbsp Sugar-Free Flavored Syrup - Raspberry
30 gram Jay Robb Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate (1 scoop)
12 tsp Sucralose (like Splenda)
- Combine cream, 1/2 cup sugar-free syrup, protein powder and sugar substitute in a large bowl. Gently whisk until well mixed and dry ingredients are dissolved. Continue whisking until firm, but not stiff. (Mixture thickens quickly, do not over-whisk).
- Cover and chill at least 2 hours or overnight. Spoon into dessert bowls and garnish with a few berries, if desired.
