  • 4 Tbsp Cream Cheese, original
  • 29 grams Atkins Milk Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract


  1. With an electric mixer blend together the softened cream cheese, protein powder and cinnamon until smoothy.
  2. In a separate bowl whip the heavy cream with the vanilla until doubled in volume.
  3. Gently ad 1/3 of the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture blending by hand until smooth.  Add another 3rd of the whipped cream folding it into the mixture until well blended.  Add the final 3rd of the whipped cream, folding until fully incorporated.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.  Makes about 1 1/2 cups, each serving is 2 tbsp.
