Ingredients:
- 6 cup (42.5g) Spinach, baby
- 20 ounces Beef Inside Skirt Steak (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat)
- 2 teaspoons Canola Vegetable Oil
- 6 teaspoons Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Directions:
- Brush both sides of each steak with chili pepper sauce and set aside.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, then steaks. Cook 2-3 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Remove and cover to keep warm.
- Add spinach to the same skillet. Cook about 1 minute, or until spinach is wilted. Season with salt. Stir in cheese and cook until it melts.
- Serve each steak on a bed of spinach.
