Keto Maple-Mustard-Glazed Baked Ham
Cooking tip: Basting throughout cook time keeps the meat moist.

Ingredients:

  • 96 ounces boneless, cooked Fresh Ham
  • 1 teaspoon Cloves (Ground)
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup (sugar-free)

Directions:

For this recipe you will need about 1 tsp whole cloves. Alternatively, if you only have ground cloves add only 1/4 tsp to the syrup and mustard mix. 
  1. Heat oven to 325°F.
  2. With a sharp knife, lightly score surface of ham in a diamond pattern; insert cloves at the intersections. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
  3. In a small bowl mix 1/3 cup syrup and mustard until blended. Brush mixture over ham. Bake 1½ - 2 hours, basting occasionally with glaze, until a meat thermometer registers 140°F.
