Lettuce-Wrapped Cheddar Veggie Burger with Avocado and Onion

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Onions
  • 1/2 fruit without skin and seed California Avocados
  • 3 leaves Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types)
  • 1 burger All American Classic Meatless Burgers
  • 1 slice (1 ounce) Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

  1. Cook veggie burger in microwave or in a skillet over medium high heat with 1 tsp oil. Heat thoroughly. In same skillet sauté white onions; can be cooked along with the veggie burger.
  2. Top with sliced avocado, onions and cheese.
  3. Wrap in lettuce. Enjoy!
