Lettuce-Wrapped Cheddar Veggie Burger with Avocado and Onion Recipe

1 burger All American Classic Meatless Burgers
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese
0 1/2 fruit without skin and seeds California Avocados
3 leaf, medium medium Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types)
- Cook veggie burger in microwave or in a skillet over medium high heat with 1 tsp oil. Heat thoroughly. In same skillet sauté white onions; can be cooked along with the veggie burger.
- Top with sliced avocado, onions and cheese.
- Wrap in lettuce. Enjoy!
