Keto Smoky Tuna Tomato Recipe

1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Tomatoes
6 oz Tuna in Water (Canned)
1 tbsp chopped Chives
6 tbsp Real Mayonnaise
3 tbsp Real Bacon Bits
0 1/2 fl oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0 1/2 each Chipotle en Adobo, whole
0 1/8 tsp Salt
- Cut the tomato in half and scoop out seeds and pulp. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper (optional).
- Finely dice the chipotle pepper and add it along with the remaining ingredients (be sure to drain the tuna first) to a small bowl. Blend to combine and then fill tomato halves with the tuna mixture and serve.
Sprinkle with smoked paprika before serving to add an additional pop of color and smokey flavor to this naturally keto and low carb recipe!
