- 4 spears Asparagus
- 5 ounces Beef Flank (Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Choice Grade)
Directions:
For added flavor serve steak and asparagus with the Atkins recipe for Herb-Butter Blend.
- Preheat grill.
- Mist asparagus with olive oil spray and grill for 2 minutes; turn and grill 2 more minutes. Remove and keep warm.
- Mist both sides of steak with olive oil spray and grill to desired level of doneness, turning once. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
