Keto Grilled Flank Steak and Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 4 spears Asparagus
  • 5 ounces Beef Flank (Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Choice Grade)

Directions:

For added flavor serve steak and asparagus with the Atkins recipe for Herb-Butter Blend. 
  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Mist asparagus with olive oil spray and grill for 2 minutes; turn and grill 2 more minutes. Remove and keep warm. 
  3. Mist both sides of steak with olive oil spray and grill to desired level of doneness, turning once. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
