1 tsp Black Pepper
0 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Garlic
3 tsp, leaves Oregano
2 tbsp Basil
1 cup Unsalted Butter Stick
0 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
This savory butter is delicious on vegetables, fish and meats. Each serving is 1 Tbsp.
- Place salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic, oregano and basil in a food processor. Pulse until herbs are finely ground and there are no visible specks of pepper (30-60 seconds total).
- Add butter and coconut oil, blending until smooth.
- Scrape into a container with a snap top and refrigerate up to 1 month.
