Keto Green Goddess Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley
  • 1 large Scallions or Spring Onion
  • 1 teaspoon leaf Tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 24 ounces Chicken Breast Filet, skinless

Directions:

  1. Combine mayonnaise, oil, lemon juice, parsley, diced scallion, tarragon, minced garlic, salt, sugar substitute, and pepper in a gallon-size resealable plastic bag. Add chicken, seal bag, and shake to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  2. Heat a charcoal or gas grill to medium or heat a grill pan.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade and shake off any excess. Grill chicken, turning occasionally, until just cooked through, about 7 minutes.
