Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 tablespoon Real Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Parsley
- 1 large Scallions or Spring Onion
- 1 teaspoon leaf Tarragon
- 1 teaspoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 24 ounces Chicken Breast Filet, skinless
Directions:
- Combine mayonnaise, oil, lemon juice, parsley, diced scallion, tarragon, minced garlic, salt, sugar substitute, and pepper in a gallon-size resealable plastic bag. Add chicken, seal bag, and shake to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Heat a charcoal or gas grill to medium or heat a grill pan.
- Remove chicken from marinade and shake off any excess. Grill chicken, turning occasionally, until just cooked through, about 7 minutes.
