Keto Garlic Dill Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped Onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 ounces Ground Pork
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 8 ounces Ground Chicken
  • 1 large Egg (Whole)
  • 5 sprigs Dill
  • 2 tablespoons Canola Vegetable Oil

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Combine chicken, pork, chopped white onion, pork rinds (1/4 cup, optional), egg, garlic, chopped fresh dill, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Divide mixture into eighteen 1 1/2 - inch meatballs.
  2. Heat oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat until hot very hot. Brown meatballs (in batches, if necessary) on all sides, about 6 minutes. Transfer skillet to oven; bake 10 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through
