INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp Canola Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic
  • 2 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1 tbsp Red or Cayenne Pepper
  • 12 oz Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Choice Grade)
  • 4 large Scallions or Spring Onions
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Combine oil, garlic (minced), curry powder and cayenne pepper (if desired) in a large bowl; add beef and scallions.
  3. Alternate beef and scallion pieces on four 12-inch metal skewers.
  4. Season the skewers with salt and grill 8 10 minutes, turning occasionally, for medium less for rare, more for well done. 
  5. Season to taste with additional salt and freshly ground black pepper and serve.
