INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tsp Original Stone Ground Mustard
  • 0 1/2 cup, shredded SWISS CHEESE
  • 0 1/2 cup Sour Cream (Cultured)
  • 4 oz CREAM CHEESE
  • 0 7/24 tablespoon HORSERADISH SAUCE
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Ketchup
  • 4 oz Corned Beef Brisket (Cured)
  • 0 1/2 cup Sauerkraut (Solid and Liquids, Canned)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Shred swiss cheese. Drain sauerkraut.
  2. In a small saucepan blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mustard, horseradish and unsweetened ketchup until combined.  Add the corned beef, siwss cheese and sauerkraut.  Mix to distribute all ingredients.  
  3. Cook over medium heat until the cheese melts and it is warmed through.  Place into a 2-cup capacity small crockpot to stay warm about 10 minutes before serving.  Alternatively it may be placed in an oven proof bowl and heated at 350°F for 30 minutes.  Serve immediately.  Serve with celery stalks or other vegetables.
