INGREDIENTS

  • 6 tbsp RED WINE VINEGAR Alanric Food Distributors, Inc.
  • 0 1/2 tsp SALT Morton Salt, Inc.
  • 2 teaspoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
  • 0 1/4 cup sprigs Dill
  • 1 head, medium (about 5" dia) RED CABBAGE Stockmeyer Export Gmbh
  • 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
  • 1 tsp Caraway Seed
  • 0 1/4 tsp BLACK PEPPER Finlay Extracts & Ingredients USA, Inc.
  • 1 cup Sour Cream (Cultured)
  • 3 tablespoon VEGETABLE OIL Topco Associates, Inc.

DIRECTIONS


  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion and caraway; sauté until soft, about 2 minutes.   Add cabbage and sauté until cabbage begins to soften, about 5 minutes.  
  2. Add 1/3 cup vinegar, sugar substitute, salt, and pepper; sauté until cabbage is crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.  Stir in sour cream and dill and serve right away.
