1 cup Sour Cream (Cultured)

0 1/4 cup sprigs Dill
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion and caraway; sauté until soft, about 2 minutes. Add cabbage and sauté until cabbage begins to soften, about 5 minutes.
- Add 1/3 cup vinegar, sugar substitute, salt, and pepper; sauté until cabbage is crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in sour cream and dill and serve right away.
