INGREDIENTS

  • 0 1/3 cup HEAVY CREAM Whole Foods Market, Inc.
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 6 cup BABY SPINACH Newstar Fresh, LLC
  • 12 oz, boneless, cooked CHICKEN BREAST Tony Downs Foods Co
  • 6 cup Chicken Broth, Bouillon or Consomme

DIRECTIONS

  1. Finely chop the spinach and dice or shred the chicken. Add both to a heavy pot along with the chicken stock and heat over medium-high heat until it boils and the spinach is wilted.
  2. Add cream and continue to heat for another 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, season with lemon juice, salt and freshly ground black pepper
