INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Keto Caesar Dressing
  • 6 oz Chicken Breast Filet, skinless
  • 5 oz Fresh Express Baby Kale, Chard, Spinach mix
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated

DIRECTIONS

Use the Atkins recipe to make Caesar Salad Dressing.

  1. Season chicken with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Grill or pan fry chicken until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear. Cut into 1/2-inch strips and set aside.
