Cheese Steak Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 ounces Cheddar
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, unsalted
  • 16 ounces Roast Beef
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (Ground)

Directions:

Use the Atkins recipe to make Atkins Low Carb Wheat Bread for this recipe, you will need 4 slices. 
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. In a food processor pulse cheese, butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne until smooth, scraping down sides as necessary. Spread cheese mixture on bread slices.
  3. Arrange beef slices over cheese, leaving a thin cheese border.
  4. Arrange on broiler pan and broil 2 minutes until cheese bubbles and browns.
